This morning, I woke up determined to pack my bags and checkout on time but then I heard someone talk about the poolside bar serving the best Mai Tai they’ve ever had and well...
Of course, I had to try it. The checkout can wait.
Honestly, I think checkouts are like red flags, you see them, note them but just not ready to leave them yet. And, if I have to finally check out (after multiple missed calls from the reception), I’d rather do it while being tipsy, Mai Tai in one hand, suitcases in the other, at 2:30 in the afternoon, an hour late.

At Kairo, we want to provide our customers with exclusive and unique designs that stand out from the rest. We make all our designs in small batches with very limited restock to prioritise sustainability by producing only what’s needed, ensuring no excess stock or wastage.

We have an Exchange Policy of 4 days from the date of receiving the product for online orders. To place return/exchange request mail here.
Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange. We reserve the right to not accept a return if;
- the product/s are returned after use.
- the products are damaged.
- the products do not have all the tags.
Once we receive the returned item, you will be informed with a confirmation that we will process the exchange within 24-48 hours.
