CANCELLATION AND REFUND
- Cancellation is only possible in the case that the products have not been shipped.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible!
RETURN AND REFUND

We do not provide return and refund at the moment. We provide ONLY EXCHANGE.
- Please note that the piece must be unused, unwashed, free of odor and intact in the box with all the labels.
- If you have received a defective product, share order details along with images at contact@kairo.store We will resolve the issue in 24 hrs.
EXCHANGE POLICY

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at contact@kairo.store within 4 DAYS of receiving the item.

Once the exchange is confirmed by our team, we will arrange for a pickup.

Once we receive the product at our warehouse, it will go through a quality check by our team and catering to the hygiene standards for our products and would be further approved/declined for exchange.
- We reserve the right to not accept a return/exchange if -
- The products are damaged
- The products are used
- We will ship the new product within 48 hrs of receiving the previous product.

Exchange can be done on the same product for the new size ONLY ONCE.

Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. If the size you need is not available, we will issue a coupon code redeemable on the website.
- The coupon code will be valid till 1 year from the date of issue.
- Articles purchased on any promotion/ sale are not eligible for cancellation, return/ exchange or refund.
