Refund policy



CANCELLATION AND REFUND 

  • Cancellation is only possible in the case that the products have not been shipped.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible!

RETURN AND REFUND 

  • We do not provide return and refund at the moment. We provide ONLY EXCHANGE. 

  • Please note that the piece must be unused, unwashed, free of odor and intact in the box with all the labels. 

  • If you have received a defective product, share order details along with images at contact@kairo.store We will resolve the issue in 24 hrs. 


EXCHANGE POLICY

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at contact@kairo.store within 4 DAYS of receiving the item.

PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGE

  • Please share the order and exchange details along with images on contact@kairo.store

  • Once the exchange is confirmed by our team, we will arrange for a pickup.

  • Once we receive the product at our warehouse, it will go through a quality check by our team and catering to the hygiene standards for our products and would be further approved/declined for exchange.

  • We reserve the right to not accept a return/exchange if - 
  1. The products are damaged
  2. The products are used
  • We will ship the new product within 48 hrs of receiving the previous product. 

  • Exchange can be done on the same product for the new size ONLY ONCE.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. If the size you need is not available, we will issue a coupon code redeemable on the website.
     
  • The coupon code will be valid till 1 year from the date of issue.

  • Articles purchased on any promotion/ sale are not eligible for cancellation, return/ exchange or refund.
